1.Can I get samples for custom design?

It is our honor to provide you samples for quality evaluation. Sample is charged but sample fee will be refund if the final order reaches more than 300pcs/design. Free sample is also ok, we could confirmed the order and we will provide you free pp-sample for checking before the bulk production. 

2. How about the sample lead time ?

We provide door to door on time delivery. Normally it will take 4-7 workdays after all confiremd and send by FedEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. Also it will be influenced by the quantity of samples.

3. What is your payment terms ?

40% deposit and balanced by T/T before shippment

4. How to confirm the sizes and colors ?

You could send us your size chart, we will also provide out size chart for reference. For the colors, we will provide you swatches for choosing, or you could choose the pantone color we will find the similar color or dyeing for you. 

5. How about the bulk lead time ?

Normally 25-45 days after confirming the pp-sample and we receive the deposit. For t-shirts, we could finish it within 25 days after order confirmed because of the powerful capacity of our factory, even in peak season.

6. How about the after-sales service of goods ?

We expect all of our customers could become the long-term partners, based on our technic support and high quality after-sales service.

We guarantee the quality of bulk products have the same quality as the confirmed sample, if not, we will solve the problem with you or compensate for it.
